Army Captures 11 Zetas Cartel Gunmen in Northern Mexico

January 25, 2012 1 comment

MONTERREY, Mexico – Army troops captured 11 suspected Zetas drug cartel gunmen, including seven people wanted for the killings of two soldiers, in the northern Mexican state of Nuevo Leon, a 7th Military Zone spokesman said.
The suspects were detained in the cities of Escobedo and Villaldama, the army spokesman said.
The suspected cartel gunmen were paraded before reporters Tuesday at the State Investigations Agency, or AEI, headquarters in Monterrey, the capital of Nuevo Leon.
Six of the suspects, including a woman and a minor, were arrested in Escobedo for participating in a Jan. 20 attack on soldiers that left Cpl. Ramiro Alducin Juarez dead, the army spokesman said.
Another member of the cell, identified as Edvin Ruben Alejo Avila, 18, who also went by the name Edwin Alexis Alejo Avila, confessed that he spied on a soldier who was later kidnapped and killed, the military spokesman said.
This Los Zetas cell was responsible for “different murders, kidnappings, extortion and robberies in the city of Escobedo,” which is in the Monterrey metropolitan area, the army spokesman said.
Information provided by the suspects allowed soldiers to find a clandestine grave containing the body of a woman, the army spokesman said.
Four other suspected Zetas were arrested in Villaldama, a rural city in Nuevo Leon, the 7th Military Zone spokesman said.
Monterrey, Mexico’s most important industrial city, and its suburbs have been battered by a wave of drug-related violence since March 2010, when three rival cartels reportedly went to war with Los Zetas, considered the country’s most violent criminal organization.
Los Zetas has been battling an alliance of the Gulf, Sinaloa and La Familia drug cartels, known as the Nueva Federacion, for control of the Monterrey metropolitan area and smuggling routes into the United States.
Heriberto Lazcano Lazcano, known as “El Lazca,” deserted from the Mexican army in 1999 and formed Los Zetas with three other soldiers, all members of an elite special operations unit, becoming the armed wing of the Gulf drug cartel.
After several years on the payroll of the Gulf cartel, Los Zetas, considered Mexico’s most violent criminal organization, went into the drug business on their own account and now control several lucrative territories.
Los Zetas has been blamed for several massacres in recent years.
The cartel was accused of being behind the Aug. 23, 2010, massacre of 72 migrants, the majority of them from Latin America, at a ranch outside San Fernando, a city in the northeastern state of Tamaulipas.
Los Zetas has also been blamed for the massacre of 27 peasants in May at a ranch in Guatemala’s Peten province, which borders Mexico and Belize.
Zetas gunmen set fire to the Casino Royale in Monterrey, the capital of Nuevo Leon, on Aug. 25, killing 52 gamblers and employees trapped inside, most of whom died of smoke inhalation. EFE

Theodore Roosevelt’s ideas on Immigrants and being an AMERICAN in 1907

January 25, 2012 Leave a comment

Theodore Roosevelt’s ideas on Immigrants and being an AMERICAN in 1907.
‘In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American…There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag… We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language.. And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.’
Theodore Roosevelt 1907

America welcomes only foreigners who will be useful to American society:
Foreigners are admitted into America "according to their possibilities of contributing to national progress." (Article 32)
Immigration officials must "ensure" that "immigrants will be useful elements for the country and that they have the necessary funds for their sustenance" and for their dependents. (Article 34)
Foreigners may be barred from the country if their presence upsets "the equilibrium of the national demographics," when foreigners are deemed detrimental to "economic or national interests," when they do not behave like good citizens in their own country, when they have broken American laws, and when "they are not found to be physically or mentally healthy." (Article 37)
The Secretary of Governance may "suspend or prohibit the admission of foreigners when he determines it to be in the national interest." (Article 3

American authorities must keep track of every single person in the country:
Federal, local and municipal police must cooperate with federal immigration authorities upon request, i.e., to assist in the arrests of illegal immigrants. (Article 73)
A National Population Registry keeps track of "every single individual who comprises the population of the country," and verifies each individual’s identity. (Articles 85 and 86)
A national Catalog of Foreigners tracks foreign tourists and immigrants (Article 87), and assigns each individual with a unique tracking number (Article 91).
Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false pretenses, may be imprisoned:
Foreigners with fake immigration papers may be fined or imprisoned. (Article 116)
Foreigners who sign government documents "with a signature that is false or different from that which he normally uses" are subject to fine and imprisonment. (Article 116)
Foreigners who fail to obey the rules will be fined, deported, and/or imprisoned as felons:
Foreigners who fail to obey a deportation order are to be punished. (Article 117)
Foreigners who are deported from America and attempt to re-enter the country without authorization can be imprisoned for up to 10 years. (Article 11
Foreigners who violate the terms of their visa may be sentenced to up to six years in prison (Articles 119, 120 and 121). Foreigners who misrepresent the terms of their visa while in America — such as working with out a permit — can also be imprisoned.

Under American law, illegal immigration is a felony. The General Law on Population says:
"A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred to five thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters the country illegally." (Article 123)
Foreigners with legal immigration problems may be deported from America instead of being imprisoned. (Article 125)
Foreigners who "attempt against national sovereignty or security" will be deported. (Article 126)

Americans who help illegal aliens enter the country are themselves considered criminals under the law:
A American who marries a foreigner with the sole objective of helping the foreigner live in the country is subject to up to five years in prison. (Article 127)
Shipping and airline companies that bring undocumented foreigners into America will be fined. (Article 132)

So, does this sound a little Harsh?  Actually REPLACE all the AMERICA-AMERICAN words with MEXICO!  It is the POLICY OF MEXICO, Not the USA !

Man Accused In Baby Death Had Been Recently Deported
Police Say Juan Galindo Admitted He Was High On Meth During Assault

Federal agents said the man accused of sexually assaulting and killing a 1-month-old baby girl had recently sneaked back into the United States after being deported to Mexico four months before the crime.
    UPDATED: 6:29 pm MST December 30, 2011
Police released a recording of the 911 call that indicated the baby was already dead before anyone contacted the authorities.
"(The) baby was taking a bottle and choked and couldn’t stop, and the baby has now passed away," the caller told a 911 operator.
According to a criminal complaint, sheriff’s deputies found a 4-week-old baby girl battered, with blood pooling around her clothes all the way into the footie of her Onesie. Officers said the baby had two black eyes, a bite mark on her cheek, brain bleeds, a lacerated liver and anal and vaginal tearing. The 911 operator asked the family to perform CPR, but it was too late.
"The baby’s gone," the caller said.

Authorities said they arrested 37-year-old Juan Galindo on charges of sexual assault and child abuse resulting in death. Officers said Galindo admitted he was high on meth when he assaulted the baby.
According to court documents, the baby’s mother was at a casino early Thursday morning while her daughter was subjected to the fatal sexual assault. Court documents also said Galindo had tried to revive the baby, but when he couldn’t, he took her lifeless body outside and sat with her on the porch for three hours.
According to the criminal complaint, the baby also had rib fractures in various stages of healing, which indicate that she had withstood abuse for over a period of time.
Immigration officials said Galindo, a convicted felon, may face 20 years in prison just for coming back into the country. Investigators said it’s still unclear if anyone else will face charges in the incident.

Breaking January 7, 2012 ~ Precedent Case For Restraint of Fund Raising for Obama: Writ of Mandate ~ Served today on the California Secretary of State.

Sacramento – Process Service has been delivered on the California Secretary of State (SOS) naming the SOS in a Petition for a Prerogative Writ of Mandate and Restraint of Fund Raising. In this Petition the California Secretary of State is named to bar Respondent Barack Hussein Obama California ballot access as a declared 2012 candidate for office of President of the United States because he is ineligible for the office according to Art II of the Constitution.

The Writ requests a temporary restraining order of Respondent Debra Bowen (SOS) to bar the printing of the Democratic Party ballot in the primary and or General Election until the matter of eligibility and ballot access for Respondent Obama is heard. The Writ also requested a temporary restraining order of Respondent Obama and or his agents associated with the Obama for American California from further funding raising in California until, further notice by the court. A final demand was for a permanent Injunction against Respondent Obama and Respondent SOS as to Respondent Obama ineligibility barring ballot access.

Seven California voters have drawn up the Writ of Mandate over the absence of documentation that Barack Obama is eligible to occupy the Oval Office.

One of the seven California Petitioners is Edward C. Noonan of Olivehurst, Yuba County, CA. He is currently a 2012 Presidential candidate. He is a member of the American Independent Party.

The other six California petitioners are Pamela Barnett, Sharon Chickering, George Miller, Tony Dolz, Neil Turner, and Gary Wilmott. All seven petitioners are affirmed as Ad Hoc registered voters of California, each self represented without an attorney.

The cause of the petition is that Mr. Barack Obama does not qualified for President of the United States because both of his parents are not U.S. Citizens. Article II of the US Constitution state that only Natural Born Citizens qualify for the office of President. Barack Obama’s father was a foreign national of Kenya. This disqualifies Mr. Obama to be Commander in Chief as well as POTUS.

Mr. Noonan said, “Mr. Obama cannot be a natural born citizen.” “It doesn’t matter if he was born in Hawaii, the fact that his father was not a citizen of the U.S. disqualifies him from holding the office.” He said.

“I have a right as a Petitioner to have standing and relief with California the Secretary of State’s Elections Division because I am candidate for 2012 Presidential Campaign.” He said. “The California Elections Code Section §13314 guarantees me the right to challenge the qualifications Mr. Obama.”

He pointed out that Election Code §13314 states the any challenge needs to be before the ballots are printed.

(a)(1) An elector may seek a writ of mandate alleging that an error or omission has occurred, or is about to occur, in the placing of a name on, or in the printing of, a ballot, sample ballot, voter pamphlet, or other official matter, or that any neglect of duty has occurred, or is about to occur.

He also said, “ I am attempting to correct the errors, omissions, or other neglects of the SOS that are in violation of the Election Code and the US Constitution.”

Mr. Noonan said, “If Mr. Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen as the US Constitution demands of all candidates for US President to be, then this violates the US Constitution.”

OBAMA WANTS TO GIVE Illegal Aliens Amnesty By Executive Order!

    January 6, 2012 1 comment

Jan. 6 (Bloomberg) — The Obama administration proposed changing federal rules to let some undocumented immigrants stay in the U.S. while seeking legal status, a move that would help Hispanics, a key voting bloc in the 2012 election.

The proposal is aimed at spouses and children of U.S. citizens who are eligible for a visa. The proposed change would let them remain in the country while applying for a green card, according to a statement by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

The law now calls for immigrants who have been in the country illegally for 180 days or more to leave the U.S. to apply for legal residence, a period that can last as long as 10 years. Because of the potentially long separation from their families, immigrants who are eligible don’t apply for legal status, according to the American Immigration Council, a Washington-based pro-immigration group.

Congressional Republicans have stymied President Barack Obama’s drive to overhaul immigration laws to let temporary foreign workers enter the U.S. and to help illegal immigrants on a path toward citizenship. The proposed change doesn’t need congressional approval.

It would “provide a more predictable and transparent process and improved processing times,” according to the immigration agency’s statement.

Hispanics contributed to Obama’s margin of victory in the 2008 presidential election. Exit polls on election day showed 67 percent of Hispanic voters supported him compared with 31 percent for Arizona Senator John McCain, the Republican nominee.

    States With Hispanics

That support helped Obama carry states with large Hispanic populations, including Florida, Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico. The states are among the ones likely to be the most competitive in this year’s presidential race.

The illegal immigration issue has sparked disputes in the race among Republicans vying to be Obama’s opponent.

Former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich has said he supports a path to legality for those with “deep ties” to their communities. In a Dec. 15 debate, he gave as an example undocumented immigrants who have been in the U.S. for 25 years.

Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, in a 2006 Bloomberg interview as he geared up for a 2008 presidential run, took a similar position as Gingrich’s, saying some illegal immigrants should be allowed to remain and get legal status.

In this campaign, Romney has criticized Gingrich’s approach. He told voters in Iowa in November that he has always believed illegal immigrants should be sent back to their countries of origin to apply for legal status.
